TrueConsent Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: August 27, 2026

1. Agreement

By signing in or using TrueConsent, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

TrueConsent helps users create, send, respond to, and retain digital consent records. You must be legally able to use the service and must provide accurate identity and contact information.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not impersonate others or submit illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, abusive, sexually explicit, rights-infringing, spam, or malicious content. Do not use TrueConsent to threaten, coerce, or mislead anyone.

4. Reports and Blocking

Users can report consent content and block members. Reports are private. We may review reports and restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or law. Blocking stops new exchanges; existing valid records remain available to their parties as required for evidence.

5. Consent Records

Review every record before sending or responding. Accepted text is immutable. Audit trails record important actions and timestamps. TrueConsent does not guarantee enforceability in every jurisdiction.

6. Not Legal Advice

TrueConsent is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use formal documents, notarization, registration, or professional advice when required.

7. Data

Data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Attachments and optional proof backups use your Google Drive.

8. Availability and Liability

The service is provided as available without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Silky Apple Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
